A traditional bulb that came to North America many decades ago, smuggled in the purse of a woman who was determined to get to San Francisco. HOT with good Turban character. Turbans are a bit more difficult to grow in Canada, but their spectacular flavors make it worth the challenge, and the price.   Umbels Only

 Asiatic

 Deep Purple:

Extra EARLY to harvest and the most gorgeous purple bulbs you've ever seen. Aromatic, well rounded character. Every gardener and garlic farmer's dream of an ideal bulb. A true Asiatic brought from China to North America in the 1960's.  Sold Out
Some farms may qualify for BULK options. Contact us.

 Korean Mountain:

Fewer and larger cloves than the average Asiatic. Hot punch at the start that simmers for quite a while. A good storing garlic that comes from the Republic of Georgia. Umbels Only.

 Korean Red:

A reliable producing Asiatic with strong character on the tongue. Stock originally came from Boundary Garlic. Umbels & Loose Cloves (20 cloves per bag for $10.00: call or email to order)

 Sakura:

An explosion of heat and excitement. Great way to spice up any dish and put the pep back in your inner pup. Due to poor performance in the field, this cultivar is not available in 2015.

 Silverskin

 Western Rose:

More kick than the Artichokes, this Softneck has almost a wasabi-like effect. Six to eight cloves per bulb. Sold Out

 Italian:                  BULK

BC's most popular Softneck garlic. Mild at harvest then hotter as it has time to cure. Harvest when first leaf shows signs of browning, allow to grow while curing.  Sold Out
